After working 30 years with the motor trade I don't think I have ever come across such a well organised dealership. It's class sales and superb aftersales. I bought a car a month ago and I noticed an issue with the brakes. Contacted Saxon Bridge and without any fuss, paid for new discs and pads all round. How can anyone argue with that. I live over 100 miles away but I will definitely return when I am due to change car. I can't praise this business enough, Andy from Wirral

After travelling 68 miles and being let down last minute by another dealership near to Saxon bridge. We went and had a look around at Saxon bridge and we couldn't have been more happier a test drive and a finance deal we drove home in our new car! James the sales man was an absoulute treasure, very pleasant, non pushy, helpful and a laugh to be with. I purchased a car from Saxon Bridge 6 to 7 months ago and it's already got an oil leak as I found out when I went for the 1st mot so clearly had oil leak from the start plus when going over bumps it grinds the back seat don't found down as it's completely broke was like it from the start and wiper arm linkage Is broke so basicly there was so much wrong with the car really not happy and I got it on finance so stuck with it.
I've bought a few cars from Saxon Bridge in the past and they've all been great, they take car of their stock and they always treat me very well. I've already recommended them to multiple friends they are that good.

Easily the most honest, helpful, friendly car dealership I've ever come across. Nothing appears to be too much trouble, and after sales service is fantastic. The car we bought from them came with a 2 year warranty - a Saxon Bridge warranty too, not one of those insurance policies that exclude anything that's at all likely to go wrong. We've had two small problems with the car in the last two years, and on both occasions they fixed it straight away without any fuss and even gave us a courtesy car while they did it. Excellent company, excellent staff. What more can I say.
Saxon Bridge Automotive Ltd are what I would call a really good garage, there was no problems at all, the service was great, the car is great, well worth the money and the staff were extremely helpful and friendly. I certain recommend using this garage when purchasing a car.

On this vehicle great, really happy with it, good condition, its as it was described. I did have a slight problem, took it in and they said they couldnt fix it, was only a small thing, popped it down the road and the guy fixed it within 2mins, strange. I was then looking at a second van and this is where it all went a bit wrong with SaxonBridge Automotive. The van that was a state and I mean a state, few things noticeably wrong that I pointed out and they said it was normal when really it wasn't so I took it to a mechanic for a look at and he told me to steer well clear. I feel they lost my trust here trying to sell me something in such a state knowing it was in a bad way, so because of this they get a 3 and i wouldn't recommend them. On the van i purchased they would have got a 5 and a recommend Door problem they couldn't fix
