Getting the deal done was easy. Taking delivery much more difficult as the vehicle should have had a replacement part fitted the day of delivery but this didn't happen meaning I had to go back home in my part exchange and wait for the rescheduled delivery - which equally didn't happen because the driver called in sick! I now have the vehicle and I am extremely pleased with it. You can't legislate for people going home ill or being off sick nu you can ensure your various departments communicate better, that way I wouldn't have wasted 5hrs of my time on the first failed delivery date or sat around waiting for the vehicle on the second failed attempt.

Overall a very good experience viewing two cars and selecting one for purchase. One or two thoughts for consideration. Sales person was friendly but commission based sales creates a more pressured environment than is really helpful when wanting to take time to make a choice. Receptionists were again friendly and helpful, but very surprising that they did not know the location of the car I was looking for - or is that a deliberate means of getting customers to search and see other options?! Getting car cleaned and administration of sale slower than I would have expected.

The sales specialists here are always run off their feet, but they do always go out of their way to help you. This is the second car i've purchased from Saxtons & i'm always impressed with the amount of stock and quality of cars, there is always some gem hidden amongst the rows of cars to meet your needs. You do hear people say 'don't buy from Saxton's' but i've not had a bad experience. They're a business at the end of the day & as long as you make it clear what you do & don't want, then there's no problems.

Saxton gave me a good price for my car and had a wide selection of cars to pick from. Bothe Luke and Jake were easy to deal with. I collected my car on Saturday 30th Sept, it was a very busy day but the handover took less than 30mins, Perfect. If I have to use the aftercare then hopefully this will be as good as the purchase.
