Happy with car and cleaning of the car. Everything on time and quick.
Person called Ali was very helpful but let me share my bad experience.
I bought car 40k and had no diesel in it even for going to petrol station. Instead of enjoying my new car first few minutes which family were excited, we all had stress as nearly engine was off.
I’m talking about Saxton to Tesco petrol station which is less than 2 miles.
Apart from that everything else was fine.
I recommend to teach your staff some marketing methods, they are polite but not helpful.
They don’t know what to do, instead of offering coffee teach your customer service.
Luke is really good manager and helpful, he’s a gentleman.

I recently bought an Alpha Stelvio from Saxton 4x4 and would like to say just how happy I was with the service from the salesman Ish. Whilst I had a reasonable idea as to which type of car I was looking for it helped that there were many different cars available from all marques. Ish was happy to let me view most of the stock so that I could understand what was available. I would definitely purchase a car from Saxton again.

Excellent communication, really friendly, no hard sales push, haggling was a simple conversation.
