This is the third vehicle we have purchased from Saxton and although our initial visit wasn’t as positive as we.d previously experienced, following email correspondence with Mo Khan our situation was completely turned around and we have just purchased our third car from Saxton. Brilliant service from the moment we walked in the showroom. We had reserved another vehicle (disco sport) but after advice from Dan, and a test drive we decided to purchase a larger disco 5. We really valued Dan’s advice through the decision making process. Dan was also incredibly helpful and patient through out, particularly as my wife and I worked through different monthly repayment scenarios. Lee too was excellent at explaining the entire finance process, he gave me the space and time to read all the t&c’s, helped my to pay the tax, and insurance. I leave very happy and excited with our new car, and will be back soon to purchase a gla next month.

Lee and Matt was brilliant after taking over from my first person , there service was brilliant and made the experience of buying a good car better , considering I was very disappointed at the start with little back no answers and had to chase things myself , thanks for Matt and Lee they made me feel valued customer and they wanted me to have a good experience when buying the car .
