I had a decent experience at Saxton, Tarik is a great sales man, he was super patient with me so we had a good connection during test drive and he let me spend as much time with the car as possible, he also answered all my questions very calmly. My only criticism is the valeting service was very poor maybe the cleaning department need to review how they clean cars inside especially on the door panels

Had a good experience with car collection. Overall extremely well done. And super friendly team. Especially Dan who was very happy we brought our dog.! Very minor grump about a £10 mistake that they chose to insist on taking. Despite the whole transaction being over 40k. Other than that. A very good experience and a fabulously presented car.

Very knowledgeable and friendly team. I recently purchased a Porsche Macan GTS which I absolutely love it. I wrongly assumed they would be too busy to provide good service. Massive thanks to Tarik Dole and Andy Vowles, I am really loving my new car and wanted to say just how great the service and overall experience was. Tarik is a fantastic salesman - straight up and down. Together with Andy were incredibly informative, very polite and helpful. They gave me good and honest advice and kept in contact throughout, always there through the process. It's not easy to find someone who knows the products inside out and will tell you what you really need. Every phone call and e-mail was answered immediately and nothing was too much trouble. The most important was that the dealership made the all process very easy. They are very trustworthy and the final price was exactly like negotiable without any surprise at the end. My niece Grace said we should go over to Saxton 4x4 where she works as I was looking for a new car and see what was available. We went over on a Saturday morning and by Saturday afternoon the car was bought. Many thanks to Grace and Abdul who assisted us in the buying process all the way through to picking the car up the following week. Any little flaws we identified were corrected and the car when picked up was flawless, sparkling clean and we couldn’t wait to drive it home. Many thanks to Grace and Abdul and all involved in sourcing and preparing the Car for us.

100% the worst company to deal with and I urge everyone to take your money elsewhere. They sell high end vehicles but sadly don't offer high end service. Our experience from dealing with Matt in sales is that he is rude, he lies, he knows next to nothing about the vehicles he is selling and he is very unprofessional. We had to chase multiple times everyday for a week to get answers from various questions. The only good experience we had was dealing with the girls on reception.

Myself and partner visited Saxton 4x4 to find a car better suited to our needs. From the start, all staff were welcoming. The building itself is very clean and well presented. We were supported with our enquiries by Luke Briggs. Luke was very professional and informative. Luke was able to show us vehicles within our price range to ensure the right car was found. The car itself was lovely but there was minimal markings on the wheels from the previous owner. Luke ensured these would be refurbished before we picked it up. The wheels had no marks on the collection day which was great. The car itself was cleaned thoroughly as expected. Everything from start to finish met our expectations. We will certainly be referring friends and family to visit Saxton 4x4.
