"A Great Company to Buy a Car From!"

I was a little nervous initially of purchasing through a company that was this big with so much stock for some reason but we visited on a Saturday and the Saxton team were very helpful. Its the best of both worlds......you are welcomed to the showroom and introduced to your salesperson. Then you are left to look around the cars on your own, if you have any questions they happily oblige.
The team are informative and polite but do not hassle you.
We had a small cosmetic problem with our car but Juhel Kindly said we could bring it back and they sorted it.
I key point that I like is that they do not negotiate on the prices. Some people might not like this but I did as you know exactly where you stand.
I would highly recommend Saxtons to anyone looking for a high end vehicle.

Saxton have an unusual sales process in as much as they like to keep you waiting at every stage of the transaction! As a result it can take rather a long time to view, test drive and eventually buy a vehicle particularly if prefer to use their finance. I don’t think I was unlucky as I had plenty of opportunity to watch other buyers going through the same!
That aside, Saxton hold a vast quantity of primarily prestige cars at non negotiable prices to which they increase by adding what they call an “administration fee.
I was rather unfortunate when an engine management warning light appeared as I collected my car. Saxton dealt with this well by giving me the option to choose another vehicle or wait for the repair to be carried out. I chose the latter, and it took 3 weeks for the repair to be completed under warranty by a main dealer. Communication from Saxton during the wait for the vehicle was poor and I had to chase them for updates. Saxton loaned me their courtesy car for the duration, and delivered the repaired vehicle to me with a full tank of petrol.
So yes I would recommend but expect a lengthy buying process.
