BUYER BEWARE Purchased an Infiniti FX50 5.0 V8 from Saxton 4x4 in April 2018 Car advertised as first reg in UK 2015 2 owners 17300 miles The car itself was in great condition and drove very nicely but you would expect that from any premium brand vehicle and having had 2 previous Nissan Muranos (infinity is Nissan luxury Brand) I had no issues on reliability and build quality Having had the vehicle 15 months i was contacted by Essex Trading Standards who informed me the vehicle had a hidden history that i and other previous purchasers had not been made aware of.... The vehicle was first registered not in the UK in 2015 but in Germany in 2011 !! It had 4 previous owners not 2 and the mileage was incorrect as it had done at least another 3200 miles that they could see via service logs whilst in Gemany. None of the above were brought to my attention at the time of purchase and neither were they to the previous buyers who once they had found out had returned the vehicle to Saxton 4x4 on each occasion. Trading Standrads took Saxton 4x4 to courts and won criminal convictions against them in Nov 2019 for misrepresentation. However, Saxton still refused to refund me the money i had paid and accept the return of the vehicle so i had to take legal redress. Long story short i won my case via a protracted Financial Services Ombudsman case and i have now had a full refund for the vehicle yet its obviously taken almost 2 years to get that decision. I would not recommend a company with ethics such as this to anyone and certainly would never entertain the idea of ever buying another vehicle from them.

Salesman was great, walked through the door and he was happy to show us some vehicles without an appointment, took us for a test drive, found a great car and very happy. Mustafa was great, a shame about the admin fee and no negotiation but can only blame that on the people above-the days of getting a deal seem too long ago but that’s widespread and not just here so would recommend them 👍🏽 The products they offer is worth having too!!!
