AVOID AVOID AVOID AVOID!!! where to start with this place. When first enquiring about the car I wanted, they was very arrogant. I purchased the car on a part ex. I didn’t go view the car as I checked the reviews of the company and checked the videos & pictures of the car and it looked perfect for me. ( lesson learnt always go view a car ) You live and you learn, but I’m very busy with work all over the country I didn’t really have time. As this company was taking my car on a part ex too and they wanted my car by looking at pictures too I put trust into this company thinking they must be genuine company. When arriving to collect the car & having a quick look around: All 4 wheels needed refurbishing 1 wheel had a big dint in it witch needs replacing Stone chips all over the bonnet & back break and discs needed doing. As the deal was already done and over the line I tried to talk with everyone inside there stating I just want the car right so I will go halves with them for what needed doing and when it was done come back and collect the car. The guy in the garage made a call to Scott and he was saying £100 max they can offer for things need doing. After going round in circles they offered me £200 which would just cover the back breaks. I already swapped the insurance over etc for the new car witched cost £135 so to swap back over and cancel the deal would of been more money and more hassle so I thought it could be worse I’ll take the car and make it right myself and just let people know this company don’t care about customer service. Well it gets worse next day when getting to drive the car fully and check the car out, The parcel shelve was missing All floor mats missing Wiper blades are like from pound shop and bounce across the window The heater/fans squeak when they are on The drivers door window buttons all stiff, do work but broke. There’s a squeak coming from the front left wheel Needs a new battery as start stop doing work + the other problems from before. Now as you know this is over £1000 worth of things to put the car right. So I reached out to the garage again via their WhatsApp number and explained the problems and if they give an extra £300 to make it £500 I will still put the other £500 towards to get the car right and get it stored at a proper garage. All that I got back was return the car and a load of arrogant messages and some messages got deleted by them before I could see them. Then they blocked me. How poor for a company business is business and never knock anyone trying out there as it’s a hard world but not working with people and ripping people off is good business! It is obvious this garage gets cars for cheap and puts cheap parts on them to get them on the forecourt. The cars might be cheap but don’t fall for the hassle this company comes with or poor customer service. Also they only offer 31 days warranty when all garages by law are suppose to offer 6months.
