I was after a new car after our family has recently grown, we have a 3 year old and now adding a little addition with my 4 month old. We realised the car we had just wasn't ideal, and we needed a more 'family friendly' car. That's when we found our new VW T-Roc from SCS Autos, it is a great addition to our lives and made days out with the family allot easier. I have to say Jack the salesman at SCS was great and made the whole process very enjoyable. The whole process did take a little longer than expected, but with Jack being in constant communication with us we felt reassured by his patience and honesty. Overall we as a family love our new car, but if I was to pick a fault with anything it would be that the car matts where not in the car when we collected the car, even tho inconvenient, Jack got these to us as soon as he could which we were grateful for,

I was after a quick no hassle sale and this is what I got from this dealership. I went for the Ford Kuga as I wanted an automatic car and this is the one that jumped out at me. Jack was great to deal with as he couldn't have done any more to help, there was a little bit of confusion regarding the pick up date but he was quick to get the issue resolved and he was very apologetic so I can't fault it.
