Hands down Jack at SCS Autos was a great person to deal with during the purchase of my Mercedes. His approach to car sales was brilliant. There was no pressure applied to me whatsoever, and there was a nice, chilled-out atmosphere in the dealership. I felt very comfortable spending my hard-earned cash with them, and Jack made me feel like someone I could put my full trust in. Happily, he did not let me down, and my car has been running flawlessly since I bought it last month. I would happily recommend SCS Autos Ltd. to anyone, and I would not think twice about using them again when I require an upgrade.

I love my new Volkswagen Polo from SCS Auto's. It was exactly as advertised, it's low mileage, shiny and clean throughout! There wasn't a scruff in sight. The customer service was spectacular throughout, and the car even came with a full tank of petrol, which took both me and my husband by surprise, but we were grateful. Overall, this dealership is as good as it gets, and we will most definitely be back for another car in the future.

I took a chance at this dealership because I bought it blind over the internet. When I saw the Audi A4, I quickly gave the dealership a call for some more information about the car, and the dealership was so helpful, taking the time to go over the finer details. Finally, after months of looking on the internet for the perfect Mercedes A-Class that was in my budget, I found one at V12 Sport and Classics!! It was everything I was looking for, it was in really good condition inside and out, within my price range, but it wasn't too far away for me to go and view it. I put a deposit down and headed straight down to the dealership to take it on a test drive. When I got in the car I knew it would be coming home with me because the driving experience is like nothing I'd experienced before. It's up there with the best purchases I've made. Thank you to the team for the excellent service and pushing everything through quickly so I could take the car home.

What a great dealership! I had a look around SCS Autos, and they had such a great selection of cars, which is fantastic when you have an open mind. They gave me the chance to test drive a few different cars to make sure I found one that suited my needs. At no point did I feel pressured to buy a car or rush around to get to another customer; they gave me every courtesy and just great customer service, leaving me one happy customer. I love my new car, and I will definitely be back for my next one.

5 stars! After spotting the car online that I liked, I booked an appointment to go and view it. The dealership was in the ideal location for me because it was only a 20-minute drive. The inside of the dealership looks great, and after a brief chat with the salesman, I can honestly say all the staff were on point and communicated effectively. I really thought the service was brilliant throughout. They should be proud of their staff.

I've been looking for this Vauxhall Adam for quite a while since they stopped making the car, so as soon as I saw one available online at a great price, it was just too hard to pass on. I called up SCS Auto's to book an appointment to see the car, and it didn't let me down. It was exactly as advertised, and I really couldn't find any faults. However, on the test drive, there was a brief issue, which SCS sorted out straight away and even came with free delivery for the inconvenience, which just shows how genuine these guys are to offer the best service possible. Nothing is too much for these guys.

After going in to SCS Auto's in Watford, I spoke to the salesman, Jack. He asked me a few questions on what type of car I was looking for, then showed me around a few cars that matched what I was looking for and brought me across the Mitsubishi Outlander, which looked class. There and then, I knew I needed to drive this car, and I couldn't sign the paperwork faster. Jack took the time to go over all of the finer details, which I fully appreciated, as I didn't feel like just another customer. I really can't fault Jack's customer service. 5 stars
