Such a shame that after finally purchasing my dream car I feel completely let down by the after sales service at Senior Cars. In March this year I purchased a 2 Series BMW convertible it was verbally agreed that although the car was not advertised with a wind deflector they would do there best to supply one as part of the deal. The car was supplied with a wind deflector and in June I tried to use it. Whilst doing this I could not fit it and discovered it was for an Audi. I called Senior cars and was told they would be back in contact. 4 weeks passed and I heard nothing so at this stage my father got involved and managed to contact the original sales man, he was vey apologetic and couldn't believe what had happened and that he would sort it as soon as possible. Another 4 weeks have passed my father has had to make contact yet again and they have now left a message saying the best solution would be to sell the Audi one on Ebay and use the proceeds to from the sale to buy a BMW one. So although the car was not advertised with a deflector they supplied one as part of the deal, Some how it was for a different make car. They then took over 8 weeks to come to a conclusion that the they where going to do nothing about it and never returned any calls, probably hoping a young 21 year old girl would just give up on trying to get the issue resolved.

I bought a used BMW i3 from Senior Cars in early January 2019. On the day, the team I met were very helpful, checking through the car and promising to fix small issues found, such as a broken parcel shelf part, small paint scratches, and missing screws. They also bought a new charging cable for me which had been promised as included but was not to be found. Unfortunately, as soon as I paid the money and left the forecourt, nothing more was done. Despite regular follow up with the salesman responsible, nothing was done to fix the problems which were "no problem at all" prior to the actual handing over of money. It's been nearly 3 months, and despite regular follow up calls and emails to chase these small items, nothing whatsoever has been done. I would not recommend anyone to buy a car with Senior Cars, as they don't keep their word after the sale is done.

Since leaving this review, Senior Cars have responded and sent me most of the missing parts, though not the parcel shelf. William at Senior Cars has responded to me on my complaints and I'd like to change my rating as a consequence.
Senior Cars were very helpful, a pleasure to do business with. Great car at a very reasonable price and good trade in price as well. Win win all the way.
I am happy with my Renault G-Scenic from Senior Cars. I have had no issues with it and I have had it since august and it was in great condition when I received it. The car was a very good price and I would happily recommend this dealership.

Senior Cars are a very good dealership! Very helpful and friendly and the car was very good value for money! There were a few small imperfections with the car but the dealer paid out for these to be repaired. Very happy with my experience.
