With my Mother dying I needed a car ASAP. Saw a Honda Jazz automatic with 'Dudley Road Motors' as they were called earlier in the year which fitted my needs and, because of the emergency I was in, I bought it unseen - after being assured it was an excellent little car in good condition and had had a pre-sales service carried out. Car arrived much later than promised (and 2 days after my Mothers passing) - and it reeked of stale smoke and had many cigarette burns in the upholstery. Now, 6 months later I have just had a full service + MOT carried out by a Honda garage at a cost of over £1.090 - The MOT failures needed almost £800 to rectify! It failed on brake pads, discs, callipers and track rods (split pins broken/missing!!). Various advisories, mostly wear and tear, but one is of a bent cross member that has gone into the (air-con) condenser which Honda say could only have happened in an accident. Nobody told me it had had a 'bump' when I purchased it! Not at all happy with this company. Either be VERY careful, or go elsewhere.

I purchased a fiat punto on condition that cam belt was renewed. i received a call from seymour motor company to say that this work had now been done and car was to be delivered the next day. took delivery as agreed and had vehicle checked over by RAC approved technician who confirmed that cam belt had not been renewed as agreed with seymours. rang this company and asked why work was not done. no reason given, not even an apology . instead i was given a £200. reimbursement to have work done by my local garage. feeling very disappointed and will never buy from this garage again. WARNING - DO NOT TRUST THEM. - read ALL reviews.

Should be on watch dog road traders! I have not even got 2000miles out of a car i purchased from here. DO NOT BUY A CAR FRO. THIS COMPANY!!!

Seymour Motor Company Ltd has recently changed its name to SMC Ltd Stourbridge.
We can find no record of this dealership having a webiste, however we have found that they have an ebay page where the sell their vehicles from. If anyone has had an experience at this dealership or has any more information then please leave a review below.
