Bought a car from Shah Car Sales .Turned out to be a dud. Spent loads of money on repairs and now have to sell it again to avoid spending even more. I would definitely not recommend a buying a car here based on my experience.
I’m not happy with the car i bought from Shah Car Sales, they betrayed me the engine started to smoke blue also car drive terrible be careful by from them.
Recently bought my first car from them and was a very good easy process. There was a slight issue with the car after a couple of weeks but was easily and quickly rectified by Shah Car Sales. Will definitely use them again when upgrading my car
Bought a 2004 Fiat Punto from Shah car sales a couple months ago - first impression was a late sales man, and a member of staff smoking inside the building a few feet away while I was signing the paperwork. The car got its MOT on the day, which seemed great, but I believe these are done by a friend - as the car would definitely not pass an MOT at my usual garage. I was told before I drove off that the Power steering would need charging, and would be fine after a drove it bit (I'm a novice to cars, so I foolishly believed it.) The whole power steering mechanism needed replacing, costing me £500, within the first week of owning the car. Let me reiterate this; when you need something off of Shah car sales, they will dodge your calls; tell you they will call back, which they never do. Once I had gotten ahold of them, the outright refused to pay even a part of the £500 fix - and got angry towards me, swearing and telling me to shut up. The Spare key I was told would be sent the day after has still not been received, but I have heard two different stories about it being sent. Don't buy a car here. Let them go under.
After 5 days I realised that the car sold to me was not what I thought. It was blowing blue smoke and stank of oil. They lied to me about the car. Numerous phone calls and a registered letter and still no response. They are a car dealer to avoid at all costs as they have no integrity and refuse to resolve an issue. Looks like I'll have to take legal action to get my money back.
Shah car sales are a good little family run place, they aren't a big dealership by any stretch. They took me for a good test drive, gave me a good warranty on the car and once the deal was done I was on my way. My BMW drinks a bit of petrol but it looks and drives fantastic.
