I bought a car from Sal on 30th December 2022 and 4days later I had problems he took the car back didn’t fix it told me he’d dragged it onto the road so I got it towed back to mine unfixed he told me I wouldn’t get my money back tried to offer me less money than I paid But I took him to court make sure you put it into his name the court claim I won it in April 2023 he didn’t pay me so I paid bailiffs to get my money back and in October he finally paid then he got hold of me saying I needed to bring the car back asap I told him to take me to court but he didn’t and after I felt I’d made him wait long enough I finally agreed that he could collect the car that was end of March 2024. It was a long process but it was worth it and I got some interest on it so Don’t listen to him he try’s to scare you into thinking you won’t win but you Definitely can because he sells dodgy cars and moves locations quite often.

Good Afternoon, I was wondering if you could please get in touch with the police regarding this. I am currently going through the exact same thing. Bought a car, that was deemed not road safe from this dealer and have been run round in circles by the dealer. I am finally collecting my car after 9 months of them arguing stating a changed my mind despite the car being fully technically reviewed. I am now being threatened by the dealer as I got the police involved as they would not give me details or where the car was being held or access to it. I am currently perusing legal action for the costs to repair the car and expenses incurred exceeding £10000. I really want to expose this dealer as the criminals they are. LA Cars, Naj Car body repairs, SR cars and Sheffield direct motors. They are all working together and doing the same thing. I have reported to everyone and done everything I can but its very stressful and I think the more people come together to try and get this dealer exposed for selling dangerous cars. The officers name is Rebecca Warnes at South yorkshire police. I would also appreciate if you could get in touch with me on swindenlaura8@gmail.com. I have received threats from this dealer around getting my money back and fear for me and my family.
Happy to sell you a car that isn’t safe to drive. Since buying my car from them four months ago I have spent over £1000 making it road worthy. Stay away and buy elsewhere

Hi, My daughter bought a car in April 2023 and has had the same issue. Currently looking to take Salem Rasul to court for Selling an unroad worthy Car. She had it inspected after the car broke down 2 months after purchase. The full back end of the car was hammered into place and filled with Silicon filler. He refuse to do anything about it, ignores solicitor letters. He is acting as a Limited company but then taking payment to a personal account so Tax evading, He has had my daughter car since September said it was fixed but a further inspection showed exactly the same issues. Would you be willing to share your story with my daughter? He has threatened to her if she takes him to court he will run her round in circles to the and fees and she will never get her money back £14.000. He even said to resolve the issue he would sell her another car.
