My point of contact at Shellbourne was Noel as I was considering purchasing a new car. Noel was extremely knowledgeable and courteous and able to answer all my queries about the car I was interested in. He showed me the various options re purchasing the car. We agreed a price of trade in on my old car. When I called at Sherbourne Portadown to collect my new car Noel demonstrated his knowledge with a very easy to understand hand over fully explaining the different controls of my new car which made me feel more confident in driving away. VERY UNTRUSTWORTHY DEALERSHIP. I brought a car from shelbourne motors but the miles were wrong by a difference of 21,000 miles. The salesman changed the mileage of the first service in the log book, as I sat beside him in the car. Also the service might as well not have happened as soon as I drove off the forecourt I needed new brake pads and new wiper blades. I eventually got a refund but was left without a car as I had part traded my old car in and payment didn't turn up in my account until I asked for proof of transfer. REALLY RECOMMEND ANYONE NOT TO BUY A CAR FROM THEM OR GET A SERVICE. Only got 1 star because I had no choice.

Very disappointed with this car dealer. They claim to be a family run business offering great value to their customers. This could not be further from the truth in my experience. This is thee only time I have ever come away from a car deal feeling that I have been cheated. I should have walked away but when you have been searching for a car for months on end and one finally shows up sometimes better judgement goes out the window and these people were more than happy to take advantage. Safe to say, I would not even buy a car freshener from them now, never mind a car. Makes me ill even thinking about it now.

i could nt agree more , this firm is awful , My dealings with them lasted ovrr 2 months .When car sold had issues . They hsve tried every trick in book to make charges and back out of refund . This mainly from Alan Thompson as directors hide when phoned
