Organised a test ride when the bike had been checked over. The dealer an hour 1/2 from home so did not want go on speck. Told Saturday (this was Thursday). Drove all the way for the allotted time. Had to wait to see the salesperson (fair enough). Oh she says did you not get my email the bike is no longer available!!!! Rubbish service Not impressed

Yet again a wonderful friendly service had at Shirlaws - first time I have had the pleasure of visiting their amazing new showroom - amazing facilities and a game of pool & coffee whilst I waited. I couldn't recommend their professionalism enough - always on hand to help and answer questions,

Had a major issue with a "spluttery" bike, one phone call took the bike in same day as I explained I used this for my daily commute. Gave me a free loan bike a brand new KTM to get me to work less than an hour later I had the call to say the found the issue and fixed it the Yam lives to fight another day. Only problem is I had to hand back the loan bike. Highly Recommended.

I had an oil pressure issue with my KTM Duke and it was still under warranty. Shirlaws had my bike for OVER TWO MONTHS with no success in fixing the fault. Eventually I grew tired of their excuses and complained about the service I'd received, explaining id lost faith in their capability to fix my bike. They took great offence to this negativity - I was told that the bike would be delivered to my home address or to another KTM dealership as they were no longer willing to do the work. This would turn out to be the best thing they did. Drysdale KTM fixed my bike in one hour and delivered it to me the next day. Its been a few days now and I can only assume the management at Shirlaws are too ashamed to call and apologies. I hope I received this poor service because, as it was explained to me by Shirlaws - warranty work isn't as profitable (paraphrasing). But maybe I'm an optimist.. I'll certainly never step foot in that dealership again.

I would like to sincerely thank from the bottom of my heart all the staff at Shirlaws for their recent kindness towards me when I found myself stranded over 400 miles from home. I’d recently completed the NC500 and had given my Kawasaki ZZR 1400 a bit of a thrashing when unfortunately the nut and bolt holding the chain taught sheared causing severe damage to my rear tyre. I limped into Shirlaws and thought being a dealership and knowing I was in a bind would be, how shall I say it?’ … be ‘financially taken advantage of’ … well not a bit! Those guys could have hammered me and really exaggerated the issues I was facing and charged me God only knows what. They didn’t. They not only fixed my bike but put on an almost brand new top of the range tyre! To be honest the kindness of the staff at Shirlaws restored my faith in humanity. Thanks you Shirlaws for being there for me when I needed you. Thank you for looking out for your fellow bikers!

I am very pleased with the work carried out by Shirlaw's motorbike garage to repair my scooter 125. And even more pleased with such incredible customer care. Breaking down 20 miles from the garage Shirlaw's picked me and my scooter up FREE OF CHARGE... completed the work needed, ie, a new exhaust and puncture to my rear tyre all within 24 hours. The cost was far less than I expected and the customer service and care I received from John (parts dept) can equal that of a very kind a caring gentleman.... Shirlaws are terrible and my bike was 4 weeks late.
