The vehicle in question “ popped up” on line when I happened to be viewing and fitted the bill for my requirements. Immediate online P/A valuation which allowed me to secure the vehicle with a refundable deposit. Darrin was most helpful pushing all the necessary paper through and setting up an excellent warranty ( some are very limited ) which gives one confidence going forward.
All in all a most enjoyable experience, would recommend this dealer also for a search for the vehicle of your choice.

I have had a fantastic experience with Darrin and his team at Silver Birch Motor Company. From my first browsing on the auto trader site, Silver Birch popped up with exactly the van I was looking for. Immediately a live chat from one of the team popped up on screen to assist me with my enquiry and book a viewing. When I arrived to have a look at the van, Darrin immediately handed me the keys to have a good look. The nature with which he conducts business is excellent, and I guess like most folk, I am a little out of my comfort zone with searching and buying a new vehicle, but the extremely friendly and genuine nature of Darrin and the team made the whole experience a dream! I would not only never hesitate to buy from Silver Birch again, but I would be very tempted to ask Darrin to source me vehicles for family members in the future, knowing that he scrutinizes every vehicle he gets and would never sell a vehicle that he wasn't 100% certain was an excellent motor. I would highly recommend anybody to buy from Silver Birch, as I myself have had a fantastic experience. Thank you Darrin and the team!

I had a great experience buying a car from this dealer. The car was exactly as described and Darrin answered all of my questions prior to seing the car. Also, the customer service was brilliant, very transparent and always helpful with information. Darrin offered to pick me up from the train station the day that I picked the car up.

Could not be more impressed with the service provided by Darrin. From initial phone call, to providing additional videos and photos of the vehicle, to meeting him and discussing all aspects of the vehicle. I met Darrin when a friend of mine bought a car from Silver Birch a couple of weeks ago. My friend 'M' knows way more about cars than I do, and is someone I trust implicitly, especially with anything to do with cars. When I dropped 'M' off, I saw first hand the care Darrin took to make sure everything was 100% in order.
I decided to keep an eye on his website and within a week he had a car way cheaper than anything similar which I was interested in. I now have that car outside.
For those of you of a certain age, or indeed any age, Darrin proves there is an exception to the rule: If you look carefully enough, you can find a genuine car dealer who is honest, genuine and a pleasure to work with.
Recommend him with no reservations, go and see for your self!
PS I never met him before, I am not his mate posting a positive review under pressure. This review is 100% genuine :)

Great place to buy a car from, really helpful genuine cars genuine dealer and I don't say that lightly. It was well worth travelling 228 miles there and back, Darrin is a great guy and we now own a lovely Kia Sorrento
