I had been set on a VW Scirocco R for years, and luckily, a listing for one appeared on AutoTrader at Simpson Motors. They were able to kindly hold the car for me via a deposit until I was able to make the trip down on the ferry to the mainland and view it. Ryan Scobie is a credit to the company. He handled my purchase form start to finish, very friendly from first phonecall to final correspondence. Wealth of knowledge about the vehicle, and kindly gave me a test drive demo as I wasn't at that stage confident with it being my first automatic gearbox experience. He offered me an excellent deal on trade-in of the Ford Fiesta and made sure I understood all the paperwork as a first time buyer. Just purchased my new to me car from here . Car was stunning presented. As all there cars. I've been looking for over 6 months and other garages are extremely disappointing. But went shopping in dunfermline one day and this car caught my eye. I knew instantly this was my new car. I got a fair trade in price .i was on holiday at time but they had the car all ready for me when I went to garage. Paid cash difference and was away in about an hour. Been to see cars at other garages but the cars at simpsons are superbly presented only 1 issues was the Aircon not working but ryan sorted it out in half an hour to be fixed at a garage near me. My daughter and my dad will be getting a new car soon and I will be definitely be getting from here. Last car I bought from Arnold Clark omg terrible aftershaves. All I can say is this is the best car dealer I've dealt with
