Having visited several used car dealers in the Bridgend area we had found nothing that ticked our boxes but equally importantly to us we had not found any sales staff that we WANTED to do business with. We browsed the cars on Sinclair Direct’s sales area and found a couple that might be suitable. After a discreet time we were approached by a member of the sales team who turned out to be Adrian. After explaining what we were looking for, Adrian turned out to be marvellous,, guiding (not leading) us through the intricacies of the functions of the cars that caught our eye. He also explained that another was due in in a day or so. We researched the model and made a reservation on it. We were not disappointed and eventually purchased it. At no time did we feel under any pressure to make a purchase. Also during this time we established an easy and very enjoyable level of conversation and banter with Adrian, which is so important to us when meeting people. Adrian completed the necessary paperwork including the transfer of a personnal plate. We were kept informed of progress and eagerly awaited the new car. All staff that we spoke to were very friendly and helpful. All in all we cannot recommend Adrian and Sinclair Direct highly enough and would have no hesitation whatsoever in recommending them. I went to Sinclar Direct in Bridgend to look at a Renault Kadjar , I was met by a very friendly ,polite, knowledgeable salesman called Gavin , who was very helpful . After being given plenty of time on my own to look around the car and inspect it.I Decided to buy the car ! Gavin was very helpful and informative and told me the car would be serviced and valeted before I pick up my new car .... After a few days , I picked up my shiny new car and haven't stop smiling. Can definitely recommend this dealership ... A good place to buy a car. Gavin the saleman even rang me a week later as a follow up courtesy call to see if everything was ok with my new car.... Very professional and trustworthy place to go for a new car ... 10\10

Sinclair Direct are a very good company to buy a car from.I just traded in my Seat Leon and took out a Ford Kuga.I am very happy with the deal I had and would recommend Sinclair direct to anyone. Adrian one of the salesmen there was a top bloke and nothing was to much trouble for him in helping us.No pressure sales friendly staff and great prices.
Purchased my car just before lockdown from Tom who gave first class customer service and a great deal. Today I took the car for its interim service and again everything was faultless, particular thanks to Gemma and Sarah who were welcoming really helpful, the price on the service was excellent! The Range Rover I bought from Sinclair Direct has been great, had no worries with it what so ever. I PX my previous car and they gave me what I wanted for it so I was happy with that. The guys there were helpful too. I would recommend.

I have had my Hyundai for a few months now. Had a small issue but nothing too serious. The car was clean and in good shape and up to now I would happily recommend this dealership. The staff were very knowledgeable and friendly and the car was a very good price.

Very good experience, very good car and great value for money. Only issue it that when the car was serviced some of the things were not done. Other than that I cant fault them.
