I have spend £37 000. On A7 black edition from Slough Audi and I have a simple problem with car keys. Keys not pair with car. Warning sign come up as I'm driving along on the motorway. I have spend 2 days of work within 3 months. All they're telling me is it key battery problem. They have absolutely no idea. There should be a car wash not a car dealer.

Poor customer service from Slough Audi, dissmissive and not very helpfull, inflated prices.. Do not service your car from slough Audi, they do not inform you that they don't offer fixed price service and charge more for an oil change and inspection 380 then Audi quote for a major serviced on there website 335. They also charge over 150 more for transmission oil and filter change than stated on website. Find a dealer that participates in the Audi fixed price deal as then you cant be ripped off by people taking advantage of those who dont know what they are really getting for there money. Apalled that people are allowed to Get away with ripping customers off. Did not explain to my wife that in essence all she was getting was an oil change, when she was expecting a full service. You need to be more transparent with what you offer and should advise your customers of what they are really getting for the money they spend in good faith. Dont be bullied into servicing your vehicle from dealers, we certainly will not be using slough Audi in the future.

The customer service is appalling. It takes weeks to get responses to questions and information provided is contradictory. Seems to be 1 part time customer service manager. We were offered a "goodwill" gesture to update our maps after other technical faults in our car (maps we should be able to to ourselves as it should be simple) which was later withdrawn. I could have been saved a lot of time if they could communicate effectively and not feed us lies. Audi have decided to charge for map updates at an extortionate rate. I won't ever buy Audi again or recommend the slough dealership unless someone wants a reason to pull their hair out.

I have recently purchased a new Audi S3 from Stefan and I have to say that the service was superb. Stefan really couldn't do enough to help my purchase go as smooth as possible. Absolutely nothing was too much trouble for Stefan; he was constantly in touch to keep me updated, and personally managed every aspect of the sale so that I wasn't passed around. I would highly recommend this dealership and their sales service, especially Stefan. He's excellent! Thanks very much once again.

Slough Audi most defiantly deserve 5 star ,from the moment I walked into the showroom,I was greeted with big smiles and lots of hellos from all the staff. The Staffs aura presented such a good atmosphere . My day got better when I was introduced to the salesman Stefan this is the 2nd car i have bought from Audi slough., and on both occasions Stefan was the sales rep, i would highly recommend Stefan when it comes buying a car. he managed to multi task, by making sure my 9 year old granddaughter had Lego to play with and lots of refreshments,also Stefan is a peoples person and makes you feel so important and at no point was i made to feel I was under no obligation both times it felt like Stefan had the car custom made for me because it was so exactly what i was looking for . Stefan most defiantly exceeded my expectations of a salesman . I just hope Audi realise just what a fantastic member of staff they have in Stefan. I would give Stefan a 10 star rating . From the moment I walked into Slough Audi and was introduced to Stef, he made me feel welcome and comfortable. He was fantastic and did everything in his power to get the right deal for me. He is genuine and made me feel at ease, as buying a car was a new experience for me. This continued with him going above and beyond what I expected, I am now the new owner of a lovely little A1 which I am delighted with! I truly feel that I could phone Stef at any time and he would do all he could to help me and I would definitely recommended him to any of my friends! Paul and Tim were great too and made the finance easy and simple to understand. I would also like to mention the lovely ladies at the front of house, they were brilliant, so hospitable and so very helpful even when I had my 3 grandchildren running around! Thank you Audi!

I waited over an hour to collect my car following a service which I was told was ready for collection three days earlier I turned up and it was in no fit state to be driven away. And then Slough Audi refused to give me a lift home so that I could catch a train and get to work when I was running so late!!! Slough Audi were very rude and they talk to you in small crowds all gather round and you feel like the one that's in the wrong. I would never advice to deal with slough audi I have been going there on and off for years and it's never improved.

Appalling service delivered by the Servicing department, in particular Michael. I brought in my car over 2 weeks ago for a Cambelt Change, Service and free MOT (as part of the Cambelt Change offer). At the time of the booking, I was told my car would qualify for the service plan but on completion of the work, Michael stated I had to pay for the service fully. On the way to the dealership, my power steering seized, therefore the vehicle failed its MOT. Michael called to let me know it had failed and if I wanted the power steering to be looked at. I agreed and was told shortly afterwards that there was a power steering sensor issue, which came up on the diagnostics computer. He told me that the sensor needs replacing and this should resolve the issue. The car thereafter was then put through the MOT again and passed because the power steering was repaired and working. However, I was then called and told that the power steering was still not working. This made me suspicious and I do not believe that the car was even put through the MOT. Audi Slough wanted to charge me £500 for the sensor, diagnostics and labour for an issue that was never resolved. I was assured that the sensor would fix the problem. I then had to contact Audi UK who were brilliant- they delivered excellent customer service and acted as a go-between. In the end, the customer relations manager at the dealership waived the cost of the part. I had no vehicle for 2 weeks to get this issue resolved and will never be returning. On top of this, when I received my car back, there was a puddle of water left on the floor of the rear driver's side. This was not there when I delivered the vehicle, therefore must have been by the dealership.

What a wonderful experience at Slough Audi. The team very friendly and helpful. The service was amazing would definitely recommend to friends and family. Thank you Audi Team.
