I bought a Vauxhall Astra from Smart Car Sales in May and everything has been perfect, I have had no problems and the dealers were really friendly and helpful. I am super happy with the value for money too. I will recommend this dealership.

Bought a car from them in June 2015 and 2 hours into ownership the problems started. Air con wasnt working. Two weeks later the automatic gearbox developed a fault. Took the car to local VW main dealer to find it needed around £4000 spending on it to fix it. Called smart car sales who said it was covered under through warranty wise.... and it would have been if they had actually arranged the warranty when I bought the car, instead they panicked and only arranged it after I reported the faults. Warranty company refused to cover cost of repairs. Offered SCS the chance to sort the car to which the refused. They also refused to take the car back. Spent the last 6 months trying to get something from them but whenever they answer the phone about it they are abusive and fob you off with an obviously fake name. The person you deal with at the showroom is not the owner. They should not be trusted. You have been warned.

Superb service from this dealer, from start to finish. Not your typical used car salesman, we were made to feel very welcome after an hour's drive to their offices. Very friendly and kept us up to date at every step of the way - they even stayed open late so we could pick our vehicle up into the evening. Couldn't praise them highly enough.
