I bought a car which I must say looked immaculate with low mileage...in hindsight a huge mistake. In my opinion it had knowingly been bodged and polished to sell. Nothing but problems and cost, it now has developed serious problem and has become pretty worthless. I suggest research research research and go elsewhere. PETER

They even offered to help organise an AA inspection for peace of mind fantastic customer service, put me at ease knowing I bought from a reliable company. So many amazing cars, I was spoilt for choice. Will definitely use again. Its a five from me

Smiths Motor Company were complete rubbish. Kept half my deposit. Sold me a faulty car what's still advertised on there site! After trying to apparently fix it for 6 weeks . Just pass the phone to each other when you call. And of course the bloke you need talk to ain't in the office . Smiths Motor Company looks good but far from a decent car dealer based on my experience.
I was very happy with how efficient the service was, everything was sorted within a short time frame and the staff were very helpful and polite throughout. I would absolutely recommend them.

The sale at Smiths Motor Company went fine, I viewed the car and gave it a test run, I was happy with the Jeep and that was that, no complaints at all.
