Booked our car in for a service and MOT. Booking in was easy and hassle free. A reminder was sent near the booking date. On the day we were sent a video from Tom showing the engine bay stating that all levels were correct and everything was tight. Next came an Email from Aimee with a full report also containing an advisory on work which required attention including all costs that would be incurred. When the car was ready we received a phone call from Aimee. Upon collection Vicky went through the bill explaining all work carried out and making sure we were happy before taking our money. A great team effort by all concerned. You are really made to be appreciated as a customer.

The whole process from choosing the right car for me and my family to receiving the keys was effortless. I was looked after by Daniel Musk and felt safe in his hands, he kept me informed when there was a delay and progress. I felt I was listened to and valued as a customer and they were genuinely interested in finding the right car for my specific needs. I would highly recommend the snows paignton team as a friendly and well kept showroom, plenty of choice and i love the new car!

I've just bought my third Toyota from Snows in Paignton, and continue to be impressed with their superb service and integrity. In 2008 I bought a four year old, 47,000 mile Celica at a competitive price, with a reasonable offer on my trade-in. All servicing there has been fantastic. I'm happy to say that it is still going strong today at 140,879 miles. In July 2019 I was shopping for a second car and visited Snows again. Dan Musk carefully listened to my wants and needs, and made sensible suggestions. I tried a six-month old Yaris for size (3 adults and a wheelchair), and with an extensive test drive: it met my requirements perfectly. I traded-in my old second car in a very reasonable deal. In the four years since, the whole Snows team has been excellent: friendly, effective and efficient. Other names I remember are (alphabetically): Vikki Cook, Tom Coombes, Samantha Cox, Laura-Marie Le Messu, Holly O'Donovan, Aimee Pearl. Price of service plans has been reasonable; servicing was whenever convenient for me and to to a high standard; car was always returned clean inside and gleaming outside. One puncture was repaired free, another was too near the shoulder - a replacement tyre was at a very competitive price. The only technical problem turned out to be a leaky PCV valve: it was fixed effectively - at no cost and only minor inconvenience to me. The car has performed magnificently, for a reasonable overall cost of ownership. Outstanding value! Dan Musk asked if he could value my Yaris when it was serviced in February 2024. His offer was fair; so we reviewed options. My partner and I both tried a 2021 Yaris over familiar routes, and were impressed with the improvements. The price was very competitive, and a great deal was agreed. I am confident that the service and support will continue to be superlative.

Went to change my Toyota Yaris for new model , ready to sign on the dotted line, and unfortunately sales person was quite rude and totally un-interested. Spoke to manager Scott who said he will phone back and never heard from him ! Had my car assessed for price for exchange with another person in dealership who was nice and after photos etc he said Scott will phone to confirm the price, which Scott did NOT of course. Terrible dealership from my experience. Will buy elsewhere different car. I do not think it matters to these people if they lost a new car sale or not . I was foolish enough to have booked my car for servicing with this company because experience was very bad again. They had agreed to check wheel balancing as well as servicing, MOT and change new battery. When work was done (?) I asked if wheel balance had been checked then she said no ! Did not do what they were supposed to do . Said one wheel was slightly worn out on one side so either change it now or do it after another thousand miles and wheel balance check or adjustment will be done then !!!! I did not see any sense in her explanation . Since I was going to pay for all this it should have been done now when there is already a problem in wheel alignment and not after a thousand miles zero communication and poorly laid out info at the last moment .I was asked for payment and when handed keys over casually said sorry we could not clean your car !!!! you can bring it another day ! Did not mention it before the payment. Cleaning the car after service is a promise which they did not keep and this has happened second time . They kept the cat from 9am to 6 pm !!! After battery change all settings on screen seems to be all over the place. Auto light had been turned off. media settings were all over the place. I had to reset them when they should have done all that themselves. I would NEVER go to Snow's Toyota again. Terrible going on this time and to think I have been with them for years ! Awful service . When it is said a manager will call you then he should call back. If he does not then this company cannot be believed in. T add insult to injury A person called Sarah phoned me to ask me how did they do with the service !!! The moment I said I was not satisfied she could not wait to get off the phone and told me the manager will phone me and they take bad service seriously !!! Did the manager call me...nooooooooo! Heavens a Betsy talk about wasting time ! Waiting for a Snows Toyota manager to call back !!!!! If these people do not want someone's business they should just say so and avoid all this nastiness. Who has time for that ? I would have gone to a better decent company who do what they say they will do !

From the onset of thinking about changing my 2 year Aygo to an Aygo X I received brilliant service, I was kept informed all along the way and Dan Musk was extremely thorough in making us feel valued customers. I have been a customer at SNows in Paignton for many years 15 to be exact and the reason I buy Toyotas (as well as they are lovely cars) is the friendly ad helpful staff at the garage, I feel that if I have any problems I can contact Dan and he would be of great assistance. I also have dealt with Holly O'Donovan for a long time and she usually prepares my service plans. The meeter and greeter lady is also very nice and friendly. Well done all the staff at Snows.

Dan was very professional dealing with us. We were not the easiest of clients but he treated us with humor and warmth. We feel that it was due to him that we bought the car.
If you elderly take some one with you 1 thought I took a lone of £17,495 later when I got home the lone gone UP TO £ 18,735 as they added my service plan The sells girl said I see you have a dog in the (THE CAR I WAS EXCHANGING) So said we SCOTCH GUARD my new car I thought that nice of them only FIND LATER £ 300 PUT ON THE FINANCE ( H P ) TO this day I don't know what my service plan is as I have NO documents as I walked out the showroom with a wonderful new car but not knowing as I wright this what my service plan. SO BE WARNED TAKE SOME ONE WITH YOU.
