I had a great buying experience from Snows Poole, I dealt with Jason who was superb. However aftersales support has been very poor. My Cupra Born developed a fault within 100 miles and 5 months later it is still not fixed. My calls are not responded too, emails are not answered, I even rejected the car formally and that has been ignored - the attitude towards resolving a customer complaint is astoundingly bad.

I went to have a look at what cars were available as I had no idea what I wanted . As I had recently lost my husband my grandchildren decided to come with me . Jason welcomed us all even though we took over the seating area in the showroom. He showed us the cars that might suit me. He was very welcoming , helpful and friendly and listened to what I might be looking for . He was easy to talk to and nothing was too much trouble for him . Within the week I drove my car home and I am very happy with it . The service we got was brilliant there was no hard sale it just all went very smoothly. Would definitely recommend dealing with SEAT and Jason . Thank you

I discovered this dealership 5 years ago when 'Which' chose the Seat Ibeza as one of the best automatic cars. I have always received great deal buying the vehicle and the servicing team are always helpful, and the showroom comfortable. Just exchanged my Ibeza for a nearly new model: Michael from sales could not have been more helpful, not to mention obtaining gr8 trade in price and getting me up to speed with all the new tech on the car. Emma from service department was also gr8 organising my new service plan. Michael took care of all the DVLA registration and new tax, plus 5 day free drive away insurance (which many dealerships won't do). Can't speak to highly of them.

I was looking for a used car and came across Snows in Poole. The sales Jason Batten was able to create a fantastic deal on an ex demonstrator. Not only did he get the car quickly but went over and above as the car I was in to collect my new car, broke down nearby. He helped to get us going again. This type of service cannot be beaten. Thank you so much. Plus the new car is awesome and gave us some goodies too which was unexpected. 100% recommend and especially the service from Jason.
