Wish I got same service from Solo Car Sales as everyone else after being lied to about the aircon working and now needing new compressor having to go through small claims court now to get this sorted I see why they are the cheapest in Liverpool I have not taken calls because I want a record of everything that's why I've been doing via email which should not be a issue if you have no problems or anything to hide I sorted out the re gas which failed to sort because air con was broken after I asked if was working and you told me it was. You supplied a part I have been the one trying to sort it to get fitted not you and I have the email and text to prove that as well you are the one who told me by email that its fine then go through small claims court to get fixed as you are offering nothing to get this issue sorted and took me over a week to get refund because no one else was allowed to deal with the issue and I was told nothing will get done till you are back that's great service. Just as a update aircon finally getting sorted by garage paid for by solo cars just to find out that the car has a major mechanical fault that could wreck car completely and something thats been brewing for a while the garage rang solo cars who turned out to not be interested so now having to go through small claims court to get all my money back and return the car to them as they think it's fine for me to lose days of money leaving the car with them and I can't work as car is used for business. If you buy a car from them make sure its checked properly don't be another one of me and get stuffed buying a car from them

Solo Car Sales were excellent from start to finish .. friendly banter .. no pushy sales people .. bought the car .. drove away the same day .. extended the warranty for only £299 for a years peace of mind .. couldn't have asked for a nicer experience .. would definitely recommend to friends and family and use again in the future.

No AA man from wales would recommend a company from a back street in Liverpool! this company give you a one month warranty! thats how much they believe in their cars! ive bought from them and i did regret it big time! they are called solo because once they have your cash your on your own! be warned

Very helpful, friendly, no hassle sale and great after sale care! I had few minor issues with the car after I bought it, which were resolved with no hassle. I would recommend to anyone and would definitely use Solo Car Sales again.

I bought a fiesta recently from Solo Car Sales with part exchange and was driving it away within 45 mins . The fiesta was bought for a really good price being £4-500 cheaper than others I had seen. The service from staff was very professional and helpful. I had driven a long way to get there , so they made sure I had a coffee before making any decisions. I would recommend Solo cars for a used car and will certainly consider them again when it's time to change. Other members of my family have recently bought cars from Solo and are also pleased.
