Dear Mr Scott. Thanks for your online review of our company.I must express that I feel your review is a little harsh sir. We are not a number plate dealer in any way shape or form. We purely help our customers as best we can to change their plates from old to new cars as easily as possible, (but ultimately it is in the hands of Dvla) and at the time you purchased your new vehicle from us this was made abundantly clear. As you are aware we had various problems communicating with you as you were offshore most the time. Never the less your were compensated by us for 3 times the value of your number plate. We have since changed our process with regard to private plates. Regards the service history.. This is the first I have ever heard of an issue? I still have an e mail from you praising your new vehicle, and ultimately that is what we do, provide good, reliable and honest cars. Please feel free to call and discuss in more detail if you would like. Hopefully the fact we sold you a great car will mean you may consider using us again, just without the plate transfer ;-)

I still cant believe these! To this day i have all the texts and e mails to prove the lies that they told me. I still recall '' dont worry sir i have been dealing cars for 20 years an never lost a plate'' when i called the dvla no effort had been made to retain that plate but had been sold to a Barry so the plate was perfect and probably used as a sweetener. Turned out the m6 i bought had a falsified service record so the resale value was terrible. The court looked at the solid evidence and the paperwork was sent to dodgy bob so when the bayliffs turned up he of course pleaded ignorance even though he had signed for the court letter. The court enforcement officers did a hpi check on the cars in his garage when they went to collect payment or goods to the value of my personal plate and all the cars had hpi on them which is a slick move by dodgy bob so legally they cant be lifted and sold at public auction. If bob told you the time id check my watch. Once he has your cash he doesn't care. Its a clear case of trying to screw someone over and its not right. We work too hard for our toys to waste it on this dealer.
