After visiting a number of dealers, I finally settled on South Croydon Motor Company. This was due to the fact that they had a Z4 which was, what I had thought at the time, a nice piece of motor. After speaking to a very well mannered Daniel, I placed the deposit and arranged everything else with Zuto. And the problems start... I was due to receive the vehicle the following Thursday (placed the order on the Wednesday). So you would think that someone would contact you the day before to arrange a collection time - but nothing. So called up on the Thursday and was told that the vehicle is not ready and will be able to collect over the weekend. Weekend comes by - nothing. Call up again and told the vehicle is not ready and will be early part of the week after. Close to a two week wait for a used vehicle - factory vehicles are delivered quicker. All this time, Zuto the financing company had already paid for the vehicle. Received a number of apologies and finally collected the vehicle - should have seen the signs. After collecting the vehicle, I find out that I have been offered a job in the US and didn't see the point in keeping the car any longer - had the car for two days, so got in touch with Zuto and the dealership and got a very sh**ty email back, basically telling me to sod off!! Thought this was a bit harsh, so took the car to an independent AA accredited mechanic to have it assessed - now the interesting bit... So the independent mechanic tells me that there are issues with the suspension, brakes (which were apparently changed to new ones before purchase), gearbox, steering rack and a small oil leak!!! Now I know why Daniel is so well mannered - how else are you to sell such junk? Now I know why you didn't want to take the car back. Now I have a car supposedly worth 6995 - with a finance taking that sum up to 9000 something, which requires around 2800 worth of work being done to it. Thanks a lot South Croydon Motor Company. Hopefully this review will kick you guys into gear - pun intended.

I could not recommend this business better. I have recently purchased my new car from them and it has been a really good experience. The same day I had my appointment to see my new Seat Ibiza at South Croydon Motor Centre I had another two appointments and as soon as I arrived there I could see a massive difference with all the sales people in other car trading centres. They came across as trustworthy and open people, and throughout the process it has been proven they are. They are not only selling good products, but also making all the process a really nice experience. I am dealing with Daniel and I have to say it is being a pleasure. He is attentive, personable, polite and honest. Choosing and buying a car is a big decision and sometimes can be an stressful process, but dealing with him you know you are in good hands. The only problem I encountered (and I must say this was not their fault) was that I could not have my car the day we agreed at the beginning (because a minor repair). Daniel explained to me that they have to do this to be compliant with the regulations and they offered me to pay the Road Tax to compensate for the inconvenience. Nothing else to add but saying that if you are looking to buy a new car I highly recommend you visiting South Croydon Motor Centre! They offer great products and a great service!

I would highly recommend this car dealer. I bought my car from them last Saturday. I dealt with them mainly by phone and email, as it took us 5 hours on the train to travel from South Wales. They kept me informed all the way through. They were very helpful. They even picked us up from the local railway station. The car goes like a dream and is everything I thought it would be. Excellent service and I wouldn't hesitate to buy from South Croydon Motor Centre again in the future.
