I recently bought a Vauxhall corsa for my daughter from Southern Vauxhall or Merthyr, all I can say is what great service we received from start to end, nothing was too much trouble, helpful friendly and very thorough, the added little touch of a bouquet of flowers on collection of the car was absolutely lovely and such a personal touch to what already was great service, thank you Stuart you were fab and we will be back again in the future

I took my Vauxhall’s to southern Vauxhall’s for a major service and mot They did the service and just before the mot they phoned me to tell me that I needed new back brake pads and discs to the tune of £300 I explained that the car has had new pads and discs all round. Within the last 6 months so the fella on the phone said they must be binding and that it will fail the mot so I said ok don’t do the mot I will take elsewhere he then told me just it has already been enters in to the computer and the mot had to go ahead or it would be classed as a fail so I said well it’s failed then ain’t it and I’ll be up to pick my car up in an hour and put the phone down the within a few minutes the phone rang it was southern Vauxhall the fella on the end said he had spoken to the mechanic and he said that he had not entered the car into the computer for the mot and I could pick the car up right away so I picked the car up and booked it in elsewhere for the mot a week later and ask them to check the rear brakes guess what it passed and they told me all the brakes are almost like new and in perfect working order
