DO NOT believe what they tell you, check everything yourself. Customer service non existent. We purchased a car and were told it had new tyres, brake discs and pads, alloys refurbished and paintwork tidied up. No new parts were fitted and paintwork and refurbished wheels were shoddy. Had to battle for 3 weeks trying to get problems sorted or car refunded. Managing Director would not even answer emails. Quoted consumer rights act 2015. Eventually we received a refund less £500. Dont consider purchasing your car from here go to a reputable car dealer! Read reviews on Trusted Pilot it says it all

We are very sorry to hear your experience with us wasn't to your satisfaction. We take complaints very seriously and have looked into the issues you have addressed. After multiple inspections of the vehicle before you purchased it, it was recommended that 1 tyre did not meet legal standards and that new disks and pads be applied, our records show this work was carried out by our skilled technicians before you took delivery of the vehicle. When you returned with the vehicle, our team offered to resolve the identified faults at our expense, or buy the vehicle back from you at a higher than the market price at that time. At that point you decided to accept our offer to buy the vehicle back from you. We are sorry we were unable to offer a resolution more to your satisfaction on this occasion, and wish you all the best for the future.
Once I picked the car, the process for collection was seamless. Every effort was made for the car to be in the best possible condition and more. Would highly recommend!
