Car in for Oil Service 3 weeks ago at Specialist Cars Stevenage. On Friday, Oil warning light comes on. Took it back to them, and was curtly told that I could buy a litre of oil & top it up myself! Measured Oil Level - found to be at the minimum. Did they service the car at all??? Shocking service.

£80 Diagnostic charge, just to see what's wrong with your car for a mechanical fault (there are no diagnostics for a mechanical fault). On top of that £125 an hour for a mechanic. That makes £200 for the first hour working on your car. Specialist cars Stevenage should be ashamed. Thats what you get for being a loyal customer for years.
I feel like I was misled by Specialist Cars Stevenage BMW to a point by telling me certain things where compulsory when they were actually optional. After I paid the money they turned almost rude. Would never buy from them again and I told them that.
