I’ve used Mini Specialist cars Tring for purchasing a new car and now have cause to use their service department for health checks on a used car. The service department staff are professional and their product knowledge is outstanding with advice they have given me personally… absolutely nothing is too much trouble and very helpful with sound advice. I would highly recommend any mini owner to go to Specialist cars Tring every time. I do not go anywhere else ..10/10 every time for me.
Specialist Cars BMW in Tring prey on those who do not understand basic mechanics (most people) - tried to scare my daughter into paying £1200 for work that did not need doing - the one broken part that actually needed replacing is one that they broke (and admitted it) themselves. They offered to call a Tow truck because my daughters car was unsafe to drive (2 year old Mini with less than 14k miles) - the car passed an MOT that very day with no work whatsoever - no advisories. SCUM

very disappointed with the service department at SPECIALIST CARS COW ROAST After being a customer for 15 years buying my cars and having them serviced here I took my 2015 Mini Convertible (20k miles) in because the radio switch was not working, For an investigation bill of £90(!!!!) I was told that the entertainment 'BLACKBOX' was faulty and to get the radio working it would need replacing for get this £945!!!!! (for a car worth £5k). I took it to a specialist car radio shop in Watford and in 15 minutes they had it working and charged me £20. I have no idea what Specialist Cars were up to but the have now lost a long term customer,
