After leaving a good review before I am disgusted as not only that the car I bought is a load of really bad faults but put my life in danger. tTwice by the pedal sticking to the floor and reving that I only just missed a car at the roundabout as the car would not come to a stop. Also it was in drive gear when it suddenly went into neutral even though the gear stick was in drive. I was in a very dangerous situation as it was on a narrow bridge and there was heavy traffic. I intend to sue the proprieter at Sportline.

Susan, be fair, you bought the car and was totally happy with your purchase but decided after a month you wanted a car with more power. You then contacted us to part exchange the car for another vehicle we had in stock. You stated you were happy with the car and it had NO FAULTS, but wanted more power. We agreed and gave you a part exchange price which you were totally unhappy with, in fact you couldn't understand why we weren't giving you the same back for it, as you paid. We are a business that has bills to pay including two full time staff, an Autotrader bill costing over £2500 per month and a WMS warranty bill costing about £3000 per month. It is impossible for us to give customers the same money back in part exchange as they paid. Surely this makes sense to you?

We own our garage we operate from, NO mortgage and NO rent!We own ALL our stock, NO stocking loan and NO business partners! We sell 30 cars per month, with 99% of our customers more than happy with their purchase!
The vehicle was as described, except that there were only 4 service stamps in the records instead of 5. I had the vehicle checked and serviced by an independent accredited garage who stated that the vehicle was in good order without any issues. As far as Tony and the other guys being rude and unhelpful that is a load of rubbish. Try being polite yourself first and not to make things up just because they are not a big franchise.
I have just purchased my second BMW from Sportline and love the car. I returned to them as my first car, a 1 series was so good. they always have very high spec cars at well under main dealer prices. Thank you again

Sportline Car Sales will not resolve any issues, I have found them to be rude. Have been in contact with advice services to try and assist me. Costs to repair immediately after purchase. I do not recommend Sportline Car Sales.

ALL CUSTOMERS are given the option of accepting our FREE included WMS 3* warranty with a high claims limit of £2500 per claim parts and labour or upgrading to the 4* WMS warranty which many do. Our included warranty covers the engine, gearbox, clutch, turbo, head gasket, and many other items. WMS are a great warranty company and that's why we've dealt with them for 20 years. In 25 years of running Sportline car sales we have sold over 7000 cars, often selling over 30 cars a month since we bought the garage we operate from in 2008. Although we try our hardest to please all our customers, unfortunately a very small percentage can't be pleased. I hope in hindsight they see we are a very fair business and that's why we continue to be successful 25 years on.....
Beware of poor grade car warranty. This dealership only supplies the lowest grade extended warranty even on its most expensive cars. This is a cheap way of trying to escape their sale of goods act responsibilities.

I bought an Audi from this dealer there was a delay on picking up the car apparently MOT but I've had the car nearly 12 months now and must say I am pleased with it only problems I had since was a new radiator and a gaiter on the drive shaft probably wear and tear the car is 7 years old.
