When I bought my Porsche Cayenne, it was the people that made all the difference for me. They were very attentive throughout the whole sales experience and it was very good. The car was a fair price too which certainly doesn't hurt. Overall, I am very happy.

Simon was very good with everything. I dealt with him all the way through from the initial enquiry to the aftersales work I had done which just helped to keep it all nice and simple so I didn't have to keep explaining things to someone new. He was happy to help at every stage and got me everything I needed. He made sure he explained everything well. The customer service was very good, even after when I had some work done on my Jaguar XJ, it was fantastic. Now that the brakes have all been renewed it is driving like a dream too!

When I was looking for a new car, I went to my Dad for some help as I didn't know where to start. He got it all sorted for me and was looking online at suitable cars which is when he saw SR Motor Group. It was only 20 minutes from me so with it being local my Dad said it would be better to go and have a look at their selection. When we got there we had a good look around and I found a Citroen C1 that I really liked. The salesman was brilliant and gave us really good customer service. He gave us all the information we needed and in the end we bought the C1 there and then. They wanted to do some work on the car before we took it away to make sure it was all boxed off so we arranged to come back to collect it. When we came back they had made sure it was all ready for us to drive away. The drive home was great. It is such a great little car, I drive it all the time now and it is just so enjoyable.

When I got to the dealership I was instantly made to feel welcome. The service was absolutely brilliant, they were very friendly and made me feel relaxed rather than pressuring me into a decision. They just let me have a good look around and then I took an Audi A3 for a test drive to see if I liked the feel of it. It was a very positive experience and they had just the right balance between giving me space and being attentive when I needed them or had questions. I am very glad I took the Audi A3 as it has had a good run now to work and back and I am more than happy with it, it is running very nicely.

My partner and I went to view an Audi Q3 and we were very impressed. It was all a very pleasant experience from the minute we arrived. They made it all very simple and gave us the space we needed to check the car out and take it on a test drive. We were very happy with the process and with how they handled all of our questions, they clearly know their stuff. Since we got it home the Q3 is driving nicely and we are really happy with it. We have done a fair amount of miles in it now between us and it is still driving as well now as it did on the test drive.

My Audi Q5 is running nicely and I am enjoying the daily drive to work in it. The guys here were really friendly too and got me everything I needed 👍

No issues at all, turned up, bought it, that is it really, just all straightforward. My Volkswagen Passat is going nicely and seems to work fine from the miles I have done so far.

The customer service here is very good. The salesman who was looking after me was very helpful and I found him to be very good to deal with. He was friendly and made me feel comfortable throughout the whole experience. My Volkswagen Golf is all good too and is running well.

I bought a BMW 3 Series for my partner as he was desperate for a new car. I took him along to SR Motor Group in Swindon and we had a good look around. Everyone was polite and friendly and were really helpful. They let us take the BMW out for a test drive on our own so that we could have a good chat about the car and get a good feel for how it drives which we really appreciated. They made sure we were comfortable enough to ask any questions we needed but did not force anything on us. It was exactly how we wanted it to be really, no issues at all.
