I didn't know what sort of service I would receive from this company, as I've never gotten a car from here before, but it was honestly beyond what I was expecting! Everyone involved was super friendly and did the most to make sure everything went smoothly. I was offered a test drive of my Audi before I purchased it, which was nice, and once I got it back to the dealership, I went ahead and got it. The car has been great ever since. I would happily recommend this company.

I'm really enjoying my Audi Q2! Every time I get in the car, I just love how it drives. It was my first time visiting this dealership, and I found the whole process to be really streamlined because they didn't overcomplicate the process. I would happily return here if I were to get another car.

I thought that SR were up there with one of the best dealership I have been to. These guys make it look easy, they are good at their job and they know how to satisfy a customer. SR is not like any other dealership, no pushiness, no hassle, no mither from people trying to sell you things. You go in, they leave you to it letting you have a good look a round the stock, without anyone following right behind you. They let me do what I needed to do and said that if I needed anyone or has any questions just to give someone a should. I think that's how all car sales should go. If only all car dealership were like this one!

I have been thoroughly satisfied with the performance of my car over the past few months. Everything has been running smoothly, and I have encountered no issues whatsoever. The process has been seamless, and I am extremely happy with the overall experience. In fact, there is nothing more that could have been done to improve it. A perfect 5 out of 5!

The whole process with SR Motor Group has being fine and straightforward. The Audi Q5 is a good motor and I do really like it. I thought the customer services brilliant to be honest with you, they were attentive, friendly and most of all happy to give help as and when. Nothing was too much trouble. If there is any sort of room for improvement, it would just be car car could of been valeted slightly better. I'm still highly impressing and will be sitting SR Motor Group on a strong 4 stars!

Finally owning my first car is life changing, I passed my test not to long ago and was renting Mercedes for a little while. I finally decided to buy my own car and went with a Vauxhall Insignia, it's been super easy to get used to coming down from the Merc's.
The customer service was great, overall I am very happy.

Got a right good steal from the SR Motor Company, the lads were ace! The car is ace! I am buzzing with everything. My salesman was absoutley A*, the customer service was unbelievably good. I don't think I have even been looked after so well at a dealership before by a salesman. There was no pushiness, we got on well, no hard sell. Everything was very relaxedand casual but professional at the same time.
