Over all I am satisfied with the experience. I'm over the moon with the deal we got on part ex, the process was done all in the space of a few days which surprised us. A very quick turn around indeed! Id go as far as saying I rate SR Motor Group 5/5 for sure.

Its taken some time for me to get used to my new Cherokee but I love it, its a lovely car to drive and very reliable. I went to SR motors in Swindon and everybody was kind helpful and welcomed me in. My Husband did own a Cherokee when they first came out but I didn't really drive it, when it came to me needing a upgrade, he really encouraged me to go with this and I'm glad he did. I have to rate the dealership 5 stars very happy with the customer care provided. I recommend SR Swindon.

I bought a car 6/7 weeks ago. I chose the car I did (a Jaguar) for a number of reasons. One key feature for me was built in Sat nav, this was very important for me as us use this twice a day. After purchasing the car it turns out that the system is faulty and they have refused to pay to get it fixed. I said I would accept a 2nd hand part to fix this problem but again they refused and said I should use Google maps instead! If I had known that the sat nav didn’t work from the start I would have bought a different car or accepted that I would pay for it to be fixed myself (this would have changed the purchase price) I did pay myself for an independent vehicle check which was well worth it as they picked up a number of problems which they did fix, but they didn’t look at the sat nav, they look at engines not the electrics. I feel Sam at SR or their workshop should check the workings of all vehicles before selling them rather than working blind and selling cars that have problems. I would not use them again especially as they haven’t even had the curtesy to come back to me with a solution! Future buyers beware.

An all round great experience down at SR Motors! So far so good I say with the Astra. I am thoroughly enjoying driving it, its a nice little drive around. What made me go for the car was that it was at such a good price for the car I was getting and the car suits my job. I kind of knew what car I was looking before I came down to the dealership. I think the staff and especially Niaz were amazing with me, they did so much for me without question. Niaz was polite, friendly and very understanding as I was having some issues with the previous car. I came into the sale pretty nervous about it but I was reassured and I soon realized I had nothing to worry about! Nothing like the other dealers around these days!

I am in awe with the Jeep Cherokee, its immaculate. Even for its age! It has had a few owners in the past but you wouldn't even be able to tell! The car looks brand spanking new. It was my first time buying a car over the phone and I cant lie I was nervous but I was reassured and I was shown that I had nothing to worry about, in the slightest. The customer service was dead good, no faults there. So efficient and responsive on the phone and very much knowledgeable. The car, again.. is mint. Spotless inside and out, I love it!
