The Tiguan was bought from SR Motor group for my birthday, I just LOVE the car. Its fantastic, what I love the most about it is the sports mode it really picks some speed up when you put your foot down. Its a nice big comfy car, its just ace. Its my first time owning an automatic and the transition from manual wasn't that bad and I got used to it quite quickly and I am really enjoying it so far, I think Ill be auto moving forward now, they are super simple to drive. My partner bought the car over the phone and online and throughout, the salesmen were brilliant. Very responsive and we wasn't waiting long at all for a reply at any time. I couldn't be happier! The service was Superb just like my car (Skoda Superb)! Simon dealing with me, he was great, so helpful and friendly. I had a lovely chat with the guy who buys all the cars and bring them in and out, unfortunately I didn't catch his name but he was great with me! The process was very smooth with no problems or hitches. I saw the car a week before I bought it. That day I test drove the Superb for an hour and a half at my own leisure with no pressure what so ever, I have never had this before. Highly recommended.

I love driving the Sportage a lot, its super comfy and the perfect size. The customer service I received was 100% A*. They saw to all of my needs, the staff got multiple cars out that I was interested in (not to mention how pristine they all were) and had them all ready to test drive which was above and beyond. My car is driving well, in fact really good actually. I'm over the moon with my purchase. The customer service was excellent and the guy I was speaking to over the phone was a diamond! Its been a great experience for me, there is not a single issue to report. If I could give these guys a 6 then I would! This 1 - 5 doesn't do SR motors justice!! The car was in mint condition just as the guy said over the phone. I had the Passat delivered to my address, I didn't test drive the car, the guys at the dealership did invite me down but I just got it delivered to my home. When the car turned up it was so immaculate my kids actually thought it was a brand new car. In conclusion to not going to test drive the vehicle or view the car in advance he said he would give me a 7 days money back guarantee if I didn't like the car. Amazing dealership.
