Niaz was a pleasure to deal with an I can only thank him for the efforts he went to to help me buy my dream car. Niaz went above and beyond to accommodate, firstly, sending me videos walking around the car, inside, under the bonnet, everything! I had a very good idea of the car and its condition and performance from the videos. I live quite a way away so had the car delivered to me, without seeing it, therefore the upfront information and details was crucial. The car arrived to my home in the exact condition I expected, it was exactly as described. The car is everything I wanted, its working like a dream and can't thank the dealership enough. The customer service has been absolutely brilliant from the get go and I have absolutely nothing negative to say what so ever, I highly recommend SR Motor Group!

Everything was amazing from start to finish, I went for a ford Kuga and it drives great, really brilliant service from all the chaps at the dealer I picked It up and it was immaculate. The guys were helpful and friendly - couldn't have asked for any better and can't fault the experience, one I will recommend to others.

Upgrading this time round was rather exciting, I found the car with this dealer and from the first contact I got a great feeling, very upfront and honest, they welcomed me down for a test drive. I arrived to the showroom and the X6 was something special, looked fantastic, drove like a dream and the salesman topped it off with the courteous and polite service along with his exceptional knowledge. I am absolutely loving the car, I smile every time I get in it!

Buying a used car always comes with a risk... I bought a used VW Tiguan from SR Motor Group, I had a few hiccups when I first got it... the dealer sorted it in good time and very politely. They welcomed me when I contacted with the issue and reassured me all would be good, which it now is. They did what they could in a short time frame so I cant fault how it was resolved. The salesman was really helpful during the purchase, answered my many questions and was more than happy to help where needed. Thumbs up from me!

Over-all very happy with the experience, the customer service was great, very helpful staff and the car is lovely, I went for a Qashqai and I've not regretted my decision. Its a nice car to drive, spacious and practical. I would use SR Motor Group again to buy a car.

I recently helped my father in law buy a car from SR he wanted the BMW 5 series he had seen. Helpful and friendly staff, very relaxed atmosphere with no pressure selling. I was happy with how informed we were throughout the whole process and even after. I would be happy to buy from here again in the future. My father in law is enjoying the car, he's over the moon.

I have to give 5 out of 5 stars for everything, they were excellent! All went smoothly and was no hassle, which was nice and refreshing. The guys were very good. The car was just like advertised and the sale was straight forward. I would recommend to anyone in the market for a new car.
