Not long after I bought my A3, there was a problem with the rear washer - it just wasn't squirting, so I contacted the dealership and they told me to go to a local garage (extremely helpful as I'm not close by the dealership) and they would sort it. Luckily enough, it was only a minor issue and was fixed by sticking a pin in it to unblock it. I was really pleased that I was able to take it to a local garage as oppose to taking it all the way back to Swindon. Really accommodating dealership - very happy and I would highly recommend.

I recently bought a BMW X6 and I cannot fault it at all. I've used it every day since buying and its running well, no issues what so ever, I'm really happy with it. The sales team made everything nice and easy to do and was easy to deal with would definitely recommend these guys

From the car to the level of service, there is absolutely nothing I can pick fault with. The boys at the dealership were brill and my new Qashqai is lovely! I'm really impressed with my RS6 it runs unbelievable and drives like a dream. Its spacious inside and looks absolutely spot on from the outside. Really good encounter with the dealership when buying it. Its the first time I've purchased a car from them but it certainly wont be the last. Everything was made super easy and was completely stress free.

When I bought my new Mondeo, everything was done over the phone and email because of covid, we even had the car delivered to our house. Even though it was all done remotely I was very comfortable when I made the decision to buy the car, I think that was down to the dealership and how informative and helpful they was, the service was very good considering the times. I'm pleased with the car, it just what we expected if not better. I can't fault Prestige Cars Kent, everything was great.
