The cars we have bought from you have always been reliable and fairly priced. I've just bought a mini from your Millen road branch. The two employees there were polite and very helpful. They put four new tyres on the mini which were a good make and I feel tyres are extremely important and I do not like reconditioned tyres and have never had them. I cannot fault your company. I feel completely relaxed when I have visited you and am confident that I will buy a car that I'm totally satisfied with. I went to view a car I’d seen online and nothing was too much trouble ,no pressure ,all questions were answered , a test drive was arranged and purchasing the vehicle was made simple after a full service and mot had been done . All staff we really knowledgeable and friendly.

I was looking for my 4th Toyota Yaris (had bought 2 previously from main dealer) and one from another private garage. My partner and I came across the car I bought on line and viewed it initially as we drove past when the garage was closed. My partner went back and took it for a test drive, being looked after by Graham. I had heard good things about the garage from local work colleagues. We then both went back and were ably looked after by Steve. His manner was great - without the usual pushyness that you get from lots of car dealers. Nothing was too much trouble. Steve went over all the finance options and I was offered a very reasonable part exchange amount for my exisiting car. I had never driven an automatic before but Steve assured me I would be fine, which I have been. I went back a few days later when I was having trouble connecting to the Bluetooth to use the navigation system and Steve found a USB cable and then showed me what I needed to buy. He told me I could return at any time if I had any queries. I haven't done so but would feel confident to return on my own if needed. One of the best service's I have experienced. I would recommend. Very pleased with my 4th Toyota Yaris - automatic hybrid.
