Thank you to all the staff at St . Michaels garage . We secretly purchased a Ford Fiesta as a surprise for her 1st car. The service from start to finish could not have been better. On arrival to take a look at the car we were handed the keys to the vehicle by Phillip who left us to have a good look at our leisure. We decided very quickly that this was the car for our daughter and set about purchasing it. Again we were very pleased to be offered a full service with other benefits which we did not have to even ask for. On the day we came to collect the car our daughter still had no idea . She believed the car to have been sold to someone else so was very disappointed. While she looked at the cars on display the car was driven round to outside the showroom. The keys were handed to her at which point she burst into floods of tears. The entire staff had gathered to watch and take photos of the moment then invited her in to sign for her new car. The Fiesta was exceptionally clean, all paperwork was prepared and fuel in the tank. Needless to say my daughter totally loves her new car. We cannot thank you all enough for the wonderful service we received and will most defiantly recommend and use this garage again .

After purchasing a car a year ago from ST Michaels and receiving such high standards of customer care and after care, when my car got recently written off I had no doubts of where to go again to find a team of salesman’s that would help me find a car suitable for me at a stressful time. The best thing about this garage - no pushy salesman. They leave you to have a look but are on hand should you have any questions. The vehicle was lovely and clean and I am very happy so far with my Ford Fiesta. Would highly recommend this garage.

Friendly non-pushy helpful salesman. St Michaels Garafe handled the tax and all the paperwork they possibly could for us, making the purchase easy. Car would not start on the first journey leaving home. They came out within two hours, started the car, took it to the garage, fitted new battery and bulb and returned car promptly. Thank you.

Citroen C4 purchase. The whole process went smoothly and was not pressurised, the salesman was helpful and knowledgeable. The price paid for the car was good and the part exchange price was fair. The car was serviced and MOT'd (independently) before purchase, even though there were still 6 months MOT left. Have had the car for a month now and there have been no problems at all. Would use this organisation again.

I was looking to change cars, so as I was passing by St. Michaels dealership and dropped in. I found the staff very helpful without being pushy whilst I looked around. I was very impressed with the range of cars available, and thought the pricing was very reasonable. One in particular caught my attention, the staff were more than accommodating with arranging the test drive and gave me all the information I wanted about the car. I decided to buy the car and everything could not have been made simpler from the part-exchange to the details of the sale. I would definitely be visiting again when I next need to exchange my car.

Was pleased at buying cars as you normally end up with some smarmy greased back hair spit type salesman who is only after his commission but not here David was fine throughout the whole transaction not a hint of aggressive sales techniques the whole thing was really rather smooth don't change a thing
