Sales was great, as a first time caravan owner they were very very helpful. Have an issue with the caravan now and after sales is difficult. The problem was sorted initially but it failed and they did not respond to my email. It says on their Facebook that the phones aren’t working and I have emailed and messages them on their Facebook page.

We've just purchased our first motorhome from the team at Standish Caravans, we're very happy with the customer service which is probably the best you will find. Our vehicle was meticulously prepared for us to collect everything we asked to be sorted was done and our vehicle was spotlessly clean. Craig, Jimmy and Mark kept in touch to up date with work being carried out, our drivers seat needed a small repair where the part was difficult to find, but communication was excellent and we're very pleased with our motorhome which we feel was fairly priced. I have purchased a number of caravans over the years, mainly from main dealers...although most transactions were acceptable, I always felt I was paying a premium for a level of service that wasn’t outstanding, and that I was just a sales figure to them...I was a little unsure when I first found Standish Caravans, their set up is small and basic, and I was nervous about handing over a substantial amount of money to a small time dealer !! But from placing a deposit and collecting the caravan I have been amazed by these guys !! They have gone out of there way to reassure me, answer my queries, and sell me a caravan in such a personal and caring manner that I have never experienced and puts main dealers to shame!...the caravan was wet vacuumed, handed over in detail, they sourced me a used mover...and when the caravan developed a fault on the fridge on my first outing, they let me drop it off on the way home on Sunday, and it was fixed by Tuesday !! It took 3wks for my last dealer to look at my van !! I’ve been around the block, no one is perfect, things can go wrong, but these guys are operating way above the standards of other dealers !

Recently purchased a used caravan from Standish Caravans. Found the experience very useful and positive. The owner (Anthony) and Mark were very helpful and appeared honest and trustworthy. I found the assistance of Mark particularly helpful in deciding which caravan was for me. Both men are friendly and are prepared to give time for prospective purchasers to give consideration to their requirements. I recommend this company without any reservations.

My wife and I visited the location with a little trepidation as we did not know what to expect,we looked around under no pressure and discussed at great length with Mark and then the owner Antony about vans ,what Standish were about etc and it was because of their manner,honesty and openness, we decided to buy from them,nothing was too much trouble etc. I recommend this company totally as we are complete novices to the caravan world but we are looking forward to completing after pre inspections etc and building a long standing relationship with Mark Antony etc over the coming years .thanks Ian Sheila Terry

Bought my caravan from here, no hard sell left to look around but told if we need help or had any questions just ask. My caravan has had a thourough check over and valated before I collect it. I was helped throughout the sale by Mark a charming friendly young man who was most helpful and informative. I called back to show my daughter my caravan and he remembered my name. He was just as friendly and attentive as he was before we bought the caravan. I would not hesitate to recommend Standish caravans to anyone, it is well worth a look for value and service
