Having been very pleased with the previous purchase of a car from Startin’s Honda dealership at Worcester, it was a no-brainer to return there for a repeat purchase. Anthony was my contact for the whole process and the initial introductory chat, through to a conversation regarding my requirements, gave the impression that all was going to go well. Anthony led the whole process very completely and professionally, explaining everything in a friendly manner. He paid special attention to getting all the regulatory aspects right and provided understandable answers to my questions without any jargon. As I was changing from a car registered in 2018 to one new in 2024, the technological progress from one to the other was significant. Anthony’s detailed knowledge of all the car’s systems and user interface menus was very impressive. Again my layman’s questions were similarly dealt with, as stated earlier. I faced the test drive with some nervousness, given the huge differences between the cars. However, I was put at ease as each step was well and patiently explained. Making the decision to purchase was therefore easy and the financial aspects and the ownership change registrations, all proceeded smoothly. I had previously researched the likely trade in value and was pleasantly surprised by the top of the value range figure offered. When collecting the car, Anthony once again took me through the processes needed to start the car and drive it, with special attention to safety aspects. My experiences with the dealership have always been very positive, with the staff being helpful, friendly and showing a willingness to go the extra mile.
