Walked into the showroom and Alex took charge of us showed us all three possible used cars we were choosing from, explained the specs of each. He didn't pressure us at all to choose but when we had Alex clearly explained what would be done, what we needed to do, what they did, and when the car would be ready, updated us during the process and all went as smoothly as he said. Friendly and first class service.

Damian went that extra mile with his service towards may I add two pensioners! We were interested in upgrading our Honda Jazz to a hybrid version.. Damian went out of his way to spend much time with us explaining the pros and cons with the new Jazz on offer. After much dilerberation we decided to purchase one after a test drive with all the " new to us" controls. The whole process was dealt with professionally and complete trust in Damian. Thoroughly recommend dealing with this sales person and wish him well in furthering his career. Well deserved.

Great experience replacing a 16 year old Jazz with a 3 year old Hybrid Jazz Crosstar automatic.. Really pleased with my beautifully presented car and with all the support choosing it and learning to drive it! The whole team have been excellent but especially Damian Maciag for his expertise, great communication and patience guiding me through the process. A real star. Brilliant.

A fantastic experience going to the Honda garage. The young man who helped us was incredible. He guided us through all our questions answering them honestly and gave us plenty of time to make our decisions... No pressure at all. Alex from Startin Honda in Worcester, was informative, clear, honest and not at all pushy. I felt he enabled the Brand to speak for itself. Also refreshing was that Alex didn’t need to run other brands down to big -up Honda which seemed to be a sales tactic of many other brand sales people.
