Stations Garage lied about MOT and service history and refuse any refunds or repairs. Also terrible service charging for everything including hidden admin fees (which they don’t tell you about upfront) and rude staff.

Car I bought from Stations Garage was supposed to have had 2 new tyres on front they put part worn, ordered 2 new tyres cheapest they could get had them sent to our house. Tyres they put back on the car were illegal . Suppose to have changed oil & filter after 1 hour driving oil warning light came on . Sprayed front bumper & bonnet colour match is poor , overspray on wings, front screen .How this car passed MOT with the handbrake like this ?? Let’s see what the RAC say about this. Full valet was a joke. Be careful

Purchased a car from this garage recently. On driving it away from the garage the engine management light came on after 15 miles. Returned the car and asked for refund as the car was clearly faulty. They were pushy and reluctant to refund. Instead they said they would fix it and also the odd clunking noise coming from the back, which they said was a loose spare tyre.. I agreed. On returning home I paid for an RAC inspection on the vehicle. It was deemed as un roadworthy. Now awaiting full refund and for the garage to collect the car. Have sent written requests with copy of inspection report and emailed and phoned. the 'managing director ignores all calls. Now organising legal action. Do NOT buy from this garage. They haven't even got the decency to call me back and are selling faulty goods.

Bought a BMW in November 2017 . Initially alarm bells rang when it wasn’t ready when arranged but I gave them benifit of doubt. Engine management light came on during my drive home from buying which they fixed. They road tested it for two days which I agreed on but when it came back it was full of cigarette ash and filthy inside. I’m writing this as it’s in BMW for the third time. The engine had been so messed about with that BMW are struggling to sort it. There has been continuous faults, fuel injectors, throttle replacement, missing filters and covers. Once it’s back I’m selling it to we buy any car just to get rid of the thing. I’ve spent nearly 2k on repairs and will lose 3k on selling. It’s cost me 5k in just under 6 months. Oh and they bung on a £180 service charge at the end which they don’t tell you about.

terrible place, the car is a heap Brought it in september 2017 and it has been in garages more than what we have had it. It is a joke and when we asked for money back we was told too later but we can part X it for another car from they. When asked how much he basically told me he would give me half the about i i paid for it. Dont know whether to laugh or cry!

Bought one car from Stations Garage and immediately thinking of getting another from them. Friendly staff, good cars at a good price. Had a couple of niggles and they sorted them immediately - no fuss, no push back, and did more than they needed to. Oh, and you just speak to young Ben, very amusing and will make a great salesman one day. Thanks to you both.

Initially bought a great little car from Stations Garage (or what we thought) turns out it's a complete sham - engine is falling out. Contacted garage to get money back, as covered by Consumers Right Act 2015. They are playing every dirty trick in the book to avoid. So unfortunate, please don't buy from here.
