Buying our first van for a camper conversion might have been a nerve wracking experience for two people who knew little about commercial vehicles, but after many hours of online research we found a long wheel base Mercedes Sprinter with a good balance of registration year, mileage, and price at Stellar Motors. The van was definitely cheaper than the dozens of other vans we considered, so we expected some hidden flaws or dodgy history when we visited their site. However, the van was in great condition for its age, and we felt we were getting a real bargain. The van had failed a couple of MOTs over the years, but Zak was very open and honest in explaining what these meant, and the research we did when we returned home proved he was right in what he said. The van was delivered free of charge the same day we transferred the money over, and expertly parked on the drive for us. The only negative was a pile of spare van parts that had been left in the back, which we discovered the next day, with no way of getting rid of these big heavy items. A quick call to Zak and it was sorted out though, with no fuss or bother, with an offer of someone coming out to collect the parts from us, or reimbursement for a skip to dispose of them. In the end we went halves on a bigger skip so we could use it for the spare parts and the initial stages of stripping the van out ready for conversion. So to summarise ... a friendly, helpful dealership with reasonably priced vehicles, honestly described, and with excellent post sales service. They're well worth a visit, and we would certainly go back there in the future.

We purchased a car a month ago and wanted to wait to leave a review. The car has proved to be an excellent buy, it was a fair price and there was no pressure to buy at all when we looked at it. A couple of small items were agreed to be done before pick up and we were pleased to see that they had been done on collection day. Having identified on Autotrader the vehicle that I was interested in all communication with Stellar was excellent, it really couldn't have been better. Despite everything seeming ok I was I was obviously a little concerned in buying a car sight unseen but I needn't have been. Everything went smoothly and Zak could not have been more helpful. It was straight forward and no waiting around when buying, The dealer got things sorted quickly and professionally for me. I bought a Nissan NV200, the reason for buying a new van was for space. This is much bigger than my old van and I'm loving how spacious and roomy it is - its certainly serving its purpose. Can't fault the van or service and I would be happy to purchase another vehicle from this dealership, my experience was very pleasant!
