We went to Toyota Bromsgrove on the off chance they had a car that suited our needs, we by chance saw the exact car at the Dealership we were after. On walking in the showroom we were greeted by Jeanette, the customer service Host, who was professional and courteous and made us drinks until we were seen. Elvis was the salesman, who was very polite and professional and explained all we needed to know about the car. I discussed the price with Elvis and Glynn and happily put a reserve on the car. I was kept informed as to when the car was ready for collection and updated daily by Elvis and Glynn. When we picked the car up at a time that was convenient for us, the staff and especially Elvis made the experience an absolute joy and took the time to ensure we enjoyed the experience.
