I have a lovely Toyota Starlet which is nearly 20 years old and has always been kept in superb condition by Toyota Bromsgrove. I have dealt with Ryan there for many years and nothing is too much trouble. They will come and collect your car for service, repairs or MOT if that is helpful to you, or lend you a hire car, or even drive you to, say, an urgent appointment. That means a lot to me as I don't have family in the area. Last year in the snow I couldn't start it, they rescued me, got my car to the garage and worked tirelessly to fix it so I could travel to see my mom at Christmas time. A huge big thank you to all the workshop staff for always looking after my car. I met Sultan at Toyota Bromsgrove today as I am thinking of buying a Yaris next year. He too was lovely, no pressure selling, and kindly offered to keep an eye out across their 58 UK dealerships to find me the perfect Yaris within my budget.
