I decided to take advantage of the scrapage scheme and trade my old Toyota Aygo in for a new one at Toyota Worcester. The manager offered me a deal that if I bought the car on that day he would knock off £450. I agreed and paid the deposit. When I went in to sign the paper work the ‘Super Guard Protect’ had been removed from my order. When I queried this they were very defensive and said they had done it to reduce the price but they had forgotten to record it against the order. I was concerned that they had simply reduced the price by removing this product from my original order. I then asked for a quote for adding alloy insurance which proved to be very difficult and I received numerous quotes. I left and said that I was not happy with the service and would like to reconsider whether I should still proceed with purchasing the car. The next day I got a very unprofessional and rude phone call asking for my bank details to refund my deposit. I will still be going ahead with purchasing a new Aygo but will be getting it from a trustworthy dealership.

I have had cars for years from Motorline Toyota Worcester and have been very happy. Things go wrong, I know that. However, When my car went wrong, I just wanted it put right which I think for anyone is a reasonable request. The aggressive nature I received from the general sales manager Darius was surprising. Took it to another Toyota garage and they fixed it without any quibble whatsoever. Needless to say, I am no longer a customer of Motorline

We were very pleased with service we received at Toyota Motorline Worcester, we were met by Jake who was very friendly, knowledgable and patient with us (we are not car buffs!). Jake managed to make the process of part exchanging our two cars for one newer Toyota pain free and also helped with transferring a personalised plate - he definitely went way beyond what we expected in his dealings with us. After being left alone to look around the forecourt, thankfully not jumped on upon arrival we were greeted by Jake at Toyota Worcester. We explained what we were looking for and that we had seen one online at a different branch further from home so called in at our local branch to view a similar one, Jake was thorough and fully up to date with all the specs that the car has to offer, we were offered a test drive and were so happy with the car we test drove, that we completed a sale with Jake at Worcester branch, very polite and professional to deal with and highly recommend to all.
