I've got to say, I got assistance from a young lady called Hannah to get my new jeep and the process from start to finish was wonderful, she was professional, courteous, and so helpful, she really is a credit to stonacre jeep, she kept me informed about the jeep along the way and thankfully I got the brand new car so much earlier than advised so thanks guys for everything.

Fiat 500c second service. Mileage 3,498. On 24.2.25. At Moorend garage. Cleckheaton. After a barrage of upselling calls car booked in. Had all day to service car. ie, 8.30am to 4.30pm.Arrived 3.45pm after being told car was being cleaned and would be ready in 10 mins. 35 mins later still no car. Reception staff went and collected my car . Car was wet through and inside had not been touched. On checking the service bill, I have been charged for 3 spark plugs total cost of £67.23. CarHAD DONE 3.498 miles. No way the car needed those new plugs! From first contact (up selling) to the service day it was a total shambles and a final bill of sale £438.89 for a second service! Hire car was filthy and damaged. I put £5 of fuel to keep to the hire Reg’s. From the barrage of upselling calls to the actual day of the service and the lack of respect in answering and attending my calls in a professional manner,(in one occasion phone rang for 2to 3 mins and then was picked up and then dropped to end the call. A really stressful long day with a massive overcharged bill thrown in. Needless to say it’s the first and last time I’ll ever take my car to Stoneacre Bfd Road Cleckheaton.

New car delivered on 3 January with minor damage to roof spoiler - given go ahead by Cleckheaton Ford to get local repair done as I live in Scotland - repair done on 18 January at cost of £120 - as of 8 March still waiting for Stoneacre to give refund they promised - good at selling not good at after sales or responding to e mails chasing issue up

Booked my van in here well over a week ago asked them several. Times if they could get the parts to be told by Natalie no problem rang me today the day before it’s due in oh we can’t get some of the parts funny a week ago I was told not a problem waste of time

Gave my car to fix minor scratch on the side of the car. They mostly did fix it but.... found out the next day the chassis underneath got mangled during the process??? and nicely painted all over it. There is a hole 5 cm wide/10 cm long , all nicely painted. That means there is no quality check in the body shop, if they approve that or they are f…… crooks. Biggest mistake ever to trust them.

We first contacted Mark by phone and advised we would call at the show room.
Mark was very helpful and efficient and where able to test drive 2 cars and chose the second car to purchase. All the necessary paper work was ready for us to sign when we pick up the car first class service.
