I have purchased Mazda cars for the last 18 years and have never had a bad word to say when these have come from JCT600 in Leeds, their service and aftercare was impeccable. Stoneacre on the other hand do not seem to grasp the idea of giving their customers that 'happy to deal with you' feeling. I wanted to part-ex my Mazda 2 1.5 e skyactive sport and told the sales guy I wanted 'like for like' just new. I was sent details of said car but was foolish enough not to read the full speck because I had put my trust in the sales team. Only after taking my deposit and signing the finance details was I given the keys. What a let down. I have tried to get my old car back (of which I was told was only worth £11,000, but for some reason is now on their website for £13,495 ????) and even though I have phoned and emailed to try and resolve this issue I am now here typing this negative message. Stoneacre have left me feeling that Car Sales people are just total rip-offs and will take whatever they can to get 'that sale'

On Tuesday I organised an appointment to view a car this Saturday with Peugeot Dewsbury. I had multiple texts confirming that I had an appointment at 10:45, including one less than 12 hours before said appointment. My partner and I then drove from Lincoln to Dewsbury to view the car, which is nearly two hours of driving and about £25 in fuel, not to mention our time. Upon arrival we were asked to be seated, and were then informed that the car had been sold the day before. The level of incompetence that Peugeot Dewsbury offers is beyond recognition. I would like to ask when the cost of my fuel is going to be refunded? What about payment for my wasted time? Either would be appreciated. Please would a member of the Peugeot Dewsbury team get back to me as promptly as they did when they were confirming my false appointment?

Absolutely fantastic service start to finish. Peugeot Barnsley wanted nothing to do with my issue (told me they couldn't even look at it for 2 months, in a not very considerate way, by which point my warranty would have expired). But Stoneacre Dewsbury stepped up and helped me out no end - the ladies at reception were very very friendly and very helpful. The service was very efficient overall and I will happily drive the extra miles to use the Dewsbury branch.

I left my Ford kuga for a service this morning. I was left with a very nice 2008. Got into the car the car was dirty. Was not cleaned from the last customer. Rubbish in the pockets of the doors.I had earrings to run. So I put some petrol in thinking I would be able to clam the money back at the end of the day (nope) when I opened the boot there was a lady’s jacket.tampons rolling round the boot and remnants of wrappers from used tampons. I was on the phone to the dealer to which I was told it will be cleaned when I hand the car back over.upon picking my car up I queried over the petrol I had put in. And left the receipt on the desk was told no I won’t be getting my money back. As there was petrol in. To my reply yes 30 miles. I had things to do which was more then 30 with all the running round I had to do. My car was not washed. Or hoovered from the service very poor customer service
