Had my car for 4 months, seemingly dragging their feet at every step. Communication was patchy, complaints ignored. Because of their lack of speed I ended up in the region of £800 out of pocket due to the hire car I had. Granted, they didn't provide the hire car, but the provided the delay which caused my out of pocket expenses. The have abrogated any responsibility for this delay and subsequent expenses. I would give -5 stars if it were an option.

Stoneacre Doncaster Repair had my car for accident repair.This job was very easy.Replace driver door and wheel wing. Unfortunately keeps my Audi for over 3 month for no reason. Some acre says, they are company with 20 years of Expirience In Motor Industry. Unbelievable. They make so many mistakes with alignments , big differents between gaps each of body parts. They replaced some brand new parts and manage to use damage parts witch look very od and ruin how fabulous look Audi A6 Special Edition Ultra Black . Also , I received damage both Matrix Dynamic Full Led headlights . They swap for worst one or just change settings because I don't have anymore dynamic fancy shpancy turning Indictator light . Also my headlight now have a lot of condensation when they have fitted fan to change temperature or against any steam . If bad weather steam can be here for minutes only - Normally disappear just after few minute when car is on.Now I have like water drop in witch will leave water marks ,discoloration and ruin good look. Also Stoneacre damage door seals, back lights seals , bend passanger side back door trimmer, ana much much more Stoneacre never receive phone calls when custoner try aske for estimate , Stoneacre staff useless and agressive, stoneacre staff call me crazy when I trying to explained what is wrong with my car. Stoneacre Team you will be responsible for all what you done to my Audi .
